COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update

Dear clients and patients,

We are excited to announce phase-1 reopening Monday May 25th!

We are experiencing challenging times with current events of COVID-19. Please know Weston Eyecare safety and well being of our clients and associates is our top priority. We want you to know that our stores have stepped up its cleaning procedures, and implemented safety instructions for our staff and customers.

This includes disinfecting and sanitizing our frames, tools, including hot steam cleaning of all surfaces, and objects in accordance with the guidance from American Optometric Association, World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention C.D.C. to keep everyone safe and healthy.

As a small community retailer, our first and most solemn obligation is to every customer & member of our team. That is why we are taking extraordinary measures to ensure their livelihood and the wellbeing of their loved ones, without compromise.

Like all of the retailers in our communities we are doing our part to provide safe places to visit. Weston Eyecare is taking all necessary sanitary steps and even more than ever.

Here are some of our new policies, social distancing guidelines and innovative ways to enjoy the Weston Eyecare experience again.

COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update

  • We require everyone entering our stores to wear face masks- without one you will be rejected to enter our store
  • You must call or email us ahead of time to schedule your private appointment for the following services;
    • Shop for new pair of prescription & non prescription glasses or sunglasses
    • Pick up of your glasses & contact lens orders
    • Adjustments & Repairs
  • Marked indicator lines for social distancing and limit to a number of patients & customers allowed at the store
  • Protective shield guards throughout showroom
  • Contactless payment payment method
  • Free shipping on all contacts lens orders
  • Designated sanitizing stations throughout the office
  • Telehealth for the duration of the COVID-19 health care services is available- including assessment, diagnosis, consultation, treatment and monitoring through live video-conferencing with one of our doctors
  • Reduced showroom hours , and longer eye exam visits to minimize the number of patients in our office at one time. This will also allow us to sensitize and prepare the exam room for the next patient.

These are uncertain times, but we firmly believe in each of you and the communities we call home to face these challenges. Now is the time for innovation, compassion and possibility. Better days are ahead; and in the meantime we will take it one step at a time.
